Governance setup
Verified for MemStrata Governance 0.7.2 on 2026-09-19.
Start from the install selector. The pinned package is memstrata-governance==0.7.2.
Supported agent hosts documented for this release: Hermes, OpenClaw and OpenCode as host lifecycle hooks. LangChain, LangGraph and CrewAI adapters are optional modules. Email, Slack and webhooks are delivery destinations, not agent hosts. A compatibility adapter is not a certified native integration.
- Run the copied command through
init. - Connect one supported agent host.
- Confirm it is reporting, not only detected.
- Open one observed action and the policy decision recorded for it.
A detected installation is not necessarily reporting. A post-hoc log is not a pre-tool enforcement hook. If the daemon stops, new observations stop for that host.
The open Evidence Kit is a separate verification resource. A desktop install does not provision a certified archive or legal compliance.
