No. The 180-day trial begins with first activation. Reinstalling does not restart it.

Are model-provider costs included?

No. Model-provider charges, if any, are separate from the MemStrata trial.

What data leaves my computer?

Indexes and source processing run on the device. Account, licensing and optional connectors use MemStrata or destination services. A chosen cloud reader receives the question and the selected passages.

Can I use my own model?

Yes. That is how Conversational works. MemStrata does not ship an answering model. You connect the AI you already use.

What about teams?

What is the refund policy?

The current offer is a free 180-day trial after activation. Refunds for paid purchases follow the published refund policy, applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights. A free trial is not a paid subscription or an automatic refund offer. Money-back policy
